请求 移除 VBAPROJECT 密码

之前单位的一个同事发我的一份 抵消交易表 ，想研究下  把它用起来，最近工作正需要，发现代码有密码，看不了，很着急，希望哪位大侠能帮我一下，鄙人感激不尽啊。先谢过了啊，工作表在附件中。

大家帮我解读下这段代码的意思，谢谢啊，刚接触VBA，对该代码有许多地方看不懂。
