[求助]用什么方法可以把access中一次批量导到excel？

就是把表和查询的结果有选择的，批量的导入到excel文件中，否则现在只能一个个打开后要么另存为，要么就是复制粘贴，太浪费时间了，不知道有没有什么简便的方面，如表有10哥、个，查询有5个，一共就是15个，我就现在其中的8个后批量把这些数据导入以每个表名命名的excel文件中，这个怎么操作？谢谢
