请问可以使用VBA实现自动生成序号吗？

比如输入20240720这条，因为只查询一个人，所以这里自动生成序号1，而输入20240722这个日期时，因为一次查询多人，所以，前面的A到F列的4、5、6行需要合并单元格，同时A列生成序号2，以次类推…… test1.rar (7.71 KB, 下载次数: 8)

看看这个行不行，自动增加序号，删除只要选择多行就可以
