VSTO写的插件在excel2010里安装时报错

各位师傅，VSTO写的插件在excel2010里安装时报以下错误，在excel2016里正常，是什么原因呢？查资料说这个错误跟.net framework的版本有关系，但是几次调整框架版本，依然未能解决问题。
