分区间累加问题

按自己写的代码，Case Is <= 45条件后只有一个条件的能返回有计算结果。要变通只能用If then来替代，非常的不统一。各位高手有什么好方法，请赐教！

你这一段artest(lngrow,20)>=10 and artest(lngrow,20)<45,不在我所需要的范围，用case 45 to 99.99,50 to 99.99,这后一段不出结果，这我都试过了。

还有啊，很奇特的，用case 45 to 99.99和If artest(lngrow,20)>=45 and artest(lngrow,20)<100,算出来的结果不一样，前者是错误的，后者是正确的。正确结果我是用VBA ADO SQL方法和Countif函数算出来的。VBA ADO SQL方法太慢，而且查询语句也比较麻烦。

全部改成If then是完全运行得通，并且得到正确的结果，但有太多的If then,看着太麻烦了。
