小白救助，英文双引号转中文（只在当前段落转化）

word VBA小白救助，在网上搜索到英文双引号转中文的代码，但是这个将整篇word文档的英文双引号都转为中文。
我现在需要的是将当前鼠标所在的段落的英文双引号转中文，不是整篇文档，请问各位大神如何进行修改？感激不尽
