excel VBA 向sql server更新数据太慢

数据库在公网。以下是我更新的代码，数据较少（十几条）时用得还是可以的。但是上五六百条的时候，得更新20s左右了，大家有优化的办法吗？

每次update都会去更新源数据，感觉是这个问题导致运行时间长，试一下下面方法会不会有改善：不要update，待所有数据修改完，用updatebatch

公网，最好是webservice,数据上传到web server,远程插入数据库

懒的写代码了，说一下思路吧，少量数据（100条以内）我一般是逐条上传，传统的查重、更新、插入三步曲。遇到大量数据，我一般是整表上传到SQL Server上的一个空临时表内，然后用SQL的marge命令将临时表内容直接放入正式表内，这样速度是非常快的。因为是整表复制，没有循环，万行数据最多2、3秒吧
