如何将同一目录下的txt文件中第二列数据提取到同一个excel中的不同列：
1.txt数据源

2.将每个txt文件中第二列数据提取出来


3. 将提取出的数据填到相应列中，并将其生成txt文件

非常感谢！！！结果能正确跑出来。但是我还有点疑问，为什么我编写的Open Sheets("path and name ").Range("D" & itxt).Value For Input As #1要变成 C = Sheets("path and name ").Range("D" & itxt)
F = ThisWorkbook.Path & Mid(C, InStrRev(C, "\"))就没有错误提示

给我的感觉就是你sheet2中的文件路径出错了，在立即窗口输”Msgbox Thisworkbook.Path“ 看下返回什么

路径返回是正确的
以下的代码也是没问题的

1. C = Sheets("path and name ").Range("D" & itxt)
   
2.      F = Sheets("path and name ").Range("B7") & Mid(C, InStrRev(C, ""))
   
3.      Open F For Input As #1

路径不对
Mid(C, InStrRev(C, "\"))只是文件名,不要路径
