介绍 -  Introduction

生产管理系统是为了完善SAP系统之外的生产管理，统一各工厂生产数据格式，提高工作效率，产生可供管理层做数据

分析的报表系统。

Production management system  is a part of production management, which is for perfecting SAP system,it  unify the

production datas forms at  every plant,improve working efficency, then produce statements system which  is used to data

analysis for managers.

基于Excel，使用公式，VBA，数据字典，SQL开发而成。

Based on Excel, using  formula, VBA, data dictionary, SQL to develop the production management  system.

基础数据，生产安排，生产数据及报表设有访问密码。

Basic datas, production  arrangement, production datas and statements have the accessing  password.

第一次打开文件时,  自动在系统所在文件夹创建备份文件夹BACKUP_FILEOPEN和BACKUP_FILECOLSE。

When firstly open the file,  the system will create  BACKUP_FILEOPEN  and BACKUP_FILECOLSE in the same path

automatically.

文件在每一次打开和关闭时，自动按月份备份到与本系统同目录的BACKUP_FILEOPEN和BACKUP_FILCOLSE文件夹。

When the file be opened and  turned off, monthly backup saved in   BACKUP_FILEOPEN and BACKUP_FILCOLSE

系统内页面名称与流程文件内名称对应。

The pages name of this system  is corresponding to the names in procedure files.

文件说明 - Files statement

以下介绍，粗字体的页面为需要维护或查看报表的页面；常规字体的页面为后台或汇总数据。

The introduction as below,  Boldface letter pages are required maintenance and viewing reports pages;  Normal font

pages are background and  summary datas.

001_Report

报表均由数据透视表生成，查看最新报表请刷新数据透视表。

Reports are caused by PivotTables, if you  want to check the latest reports, you have to update PivotTables.

101_Basic_Pro-m

项目基础信息维护页面。

The page of projects basic information  maintenance.

维护界面由表格构成，包括待生产项目需经过的机器工作中心或总装线工作中心，项目的生产模式。

The maintenance interface is made up of  forms, include the machines work center

or assembly line work center which need to  be went through by to be produced projects.

当Balance有更新后，ME负责通知文员更新。信息传递应在一天内完成，否则将影响后续的生产安排。

After updated Balance, ME is in charge of  noticing typist to update. He/she must delivery the information within 1  day,

if not will impact the subsequent  production arrangement.

132_Basic_Employee

员工信息及技能矩阵页面。

Staff information and skills matrix page.

维护界面由表格构成，包括员工及员工可生产的工作中心信息。

Maintaining interface is made up of forms,  including staff and their skills matrix.

当产线有员工入职时，文员应在当天加入新员工信息，否则将影响当月该新员工的工时统计；

When there are new staff on production  line, Typist should update their information in the same day, otherwise  will

impact the employees' working hours  statistics in the same month.

当产线有员工离职时，文员应在当天删除该员工的信息，否则将影响生产安排中可安排生产员工的输出信息；

When a staff quit on production line,  Typist must delete this staff's information, otherwise will affect in-service  staff's

outputing information during production  arrangement.

当产线有新工作中心在SAP创建后，ME应在当天通知文员更新，否则将影响新项目的生产安排。

On production line, when new work center  is set up in SAP, ME must notice typist to update the information,

otherwise will impact new project's  production arrangement.

111_Basic_Pro-plan

创建生产计划页面。

Create production plans page.

由文员负责在工厂规定的每周时间拷贝工厂SCC的生产计划到此页面。此页面维护完成后，不能更改或重复。

Typist responsible for copy the Production  plan from SCC to this page on the specified cycle. Cannot modify or  repeat

after maintained.

“101_Basic_Pro-m”中没有的成品货号，系统会提示并终止生产计划的拷贝。变更计划在“112_Changeplan”页面维护。

If the Finished goods part number are not  exist in "101_Basic_Pro-m", the system will warn and stop the  production

plan's copying. Changing plan is  maintained in "112_Changeplan"  page.

本页面可以查看计划变更历史信息。

You can review the history information of  changing plan in this page.

112_Changeplan

生产计划变更页面。

Production plan changing page.

本页面的信息维护，以双击单元格来获取以存在的计划信息，新计划需手输。

For the information maintenance in this  page, you should double click on the cell to get the existing production  plan.

The new plan needs to be manually input.

本页面将产生计划变更报表，统计各工厂SCC计划变更频次。

This page will produce the changing plan  report to calculate the SCC changing plan frequency.

由文员负责在接到工厂SCC的“E-mail”或“Paper  application”后更新。

Typist will update the system when he/she  receive "E-mail" or "Paper application" from SCC.

131_Basic_W-arrange

生产安排页面。

Production arrangement page.

由生产经理或工厂经理指定人员负责生产安排和经过计算后的实际生产数量的信息维护；

Shopfloor manager or Plant manager  designates staff, who will be in charge of production arrangement and

information maintenance of actual  production quantity after calculated.

由文员负责打印“加班申请”，“员工生产工时确认”和每月月初加班时间的信息维护。

Typist is in charge of printing  "overtime application", "staff working time  confirmation", and information maintenance of

overwork at the begining of every month.

本页面可以查看计划变更历史信息。

In this page, you can check the history  information of changing plans.

133_Basic_leave

请假页面。

Leave page

由文员负责统计员工请假（调休除外）信息进行维护更新，一般在当天维护。请假多天的，按天分条记录。

Typist is responsible for maintaining and  updating staff leave (except take working days off) information, Generally do  it

on the same day. if somebody ask for many  days leave, record them by day.

121_Basic_Pro-data

实际生产及流转数量页面。

Actual production and moving quantities  page.

由文员根据生产日报表，每天录入实际生产和流转到下一工作站的数量。

Typist records actual production and  moving quatities according to daily production reports.

122_Basic_Scrap

生产报废页面。

Production scrap page .

由文员根据生产日报表，每天录入生产报废的信息。

Typist records production scrap  information according to daily production reports.

123_Basic_downtime

生产停机页面。

Production downtime page.

由文员根据生产日报表，每天录入生产停机时间。

Typist records production downtime  according to daily production reports.

124_Basic_rework

生产返工页面。

Production rework page

本公司只存在计划性的大批量返工和线内单件返工，故未开发。

125_Basic_Aggregation

数据汇总页面。

Datas summary page.

本页面由其他相关页面产生，汇总最新生产计划，实际生产和流转数量，报废明细，停机明细等，是产生报表的基础。

This page is caused by other pages,  Summarize the latest production plans, actual producing, Scraped  details,

Downtime details and so on, it is the  basis of producing statements.

401_Report_data

本页面以“125_Basic_Aggregation”为基础，当“001_Report”数据透视表刷新后，自动计算，是产生OEE报表的基础。

This page is based on  “125_Basic_Aggregation”, after update the PivotTables, automatic calculation,  then will

produce OEE statements

A1_Explaination

基础页面。

Basic Page.

本页面包括如排班模式，停机类，报废类，成本中心等后台数据。

This Page includes Scheduling  module，Downtime classes，Scraped classes, Cost center and other datas.

由文员负责实时更新。

Typist is in charge of updating the datas.
