access 运行时错误‘3001’ 无效参数

求助大神，我在窗体上数据录入完成后，运行程序就报错，见图，提示：运行时错误‘3001’ 无效参数，检查代码应该是没有错误的，我尝试新建一个空白数据库，把窗体和代码原样复制粘贴后，运行一切正常，请问大神们是什么问题，该怎么处理？万分感谢！！！！

数据库没有引用DAO导致的：进入代码区(或者按Alt+F11键进入)→工具→引用→勾选Microsoft DAO 3.6 Objsct Library即可

楼主貌似有这样一句

对，正常运行了一次，关键是再次新建复制粘贴后又不正常了，还是老问题报错，附件就是重新复制粘贴的代码和窗体

Set add_rs = add_db.OpenRecordset("select * ftom 车辆资料", dbOpenDynaset)

没有pc,没测试。测试下这个吧

笔误，应该是 from
