WORD中已大小写日期转换的问题

有没有办法把文件中已经输入的小写日期转换为大写日期，如：2015年6月4日至2016年6月30日改为二零一五年六月四日至二零一六年六月三十日，一个一个改觉得很蠢啊，有没有简便的方法可以批量快捷的进行处理？请大伙儿指点指点~~~
