谁能解决这个问题

求大神解决这个问题。
我在VSTO中新建项目，然后简单运行的时候，会出现以下的情况，求解救。

我明白大概的意思是证书没有安装，具体需要去哪里去设置呢？

或许确认以下几点试试:
1,excel的加载项没有禁止(特别查看excel的信任中心的设置),看起来异常是从addin的安装抛出.应该是这里出问题.
2,有写vs的操作,需要是管理员身份启动vs,才可以正常运行.

应该是在
信任中心 -> 加载项
这里吧.这里的第一项,看起来很符合你的异常信息描述.可能你勾选了这个选项,但没有把你的加载项添加到受信任的list中.

非常感谢，按照你的说法，做到了。就是受信任的LIst中没有，添加以后就好了
