control As IRibbonControl，这种参数是作为功能区的回调使用的，即在功能区创建命令按钮时，有了该按钮就能在功能区点击按钮运行过程，如果没有，就只能创建自定义菜单运行

如图，我在功能区添加了自定义按钮和菜单，点击后还是无法执行该过程，弹出了一个宏的对话框，但列表是空白的。
