字符型字段前后要加'号，如“客户='" & ws.Cells(i, 2).Value & "'" ”
  日期型字段前后要加#号，如交货日期要改为“交货日期=#" & ws.Cells(i, 15).Value & "#"    ”
数字型字段前后都不加符号，如需求量”“要改为“需求量=" & ws.Cells(i, 11).Value  _       ”
如你的周别，这里是字符型字段，应改为：“周别=‘" & Format(ws.Cells(i, 1).Value) & "’" _  ”

其他你自己改一下

（1）这样改了出现错误：
Sql = "select * from " & GP _
& "周别='" & Format(ws.Cells(i, 1).Value) & "'"_"
& "and 客户='" & ws.Cells(i, 2).Value & "'" "
完整的是这样写吗？

以工作表中的"识别吗"为准(数字型1.2.3....... )
1. 当有识别码的时候 --- 表示数据库已经有此行信息了!
2. 当识别码为空的时候 --- 表示数据库不存在此信息!
需求:
1.当有识别码,以识别码为准,汇入数据库的时候自动取代原有的数据,识别码不变!
2.当没有识别码,的时候汇入数据库的时候自动新增一行数据,数据库自动会加新的"识别码"!

请先看一楼附件中的模块1中的Public Sub 记入ACCESS入库()代码，比照此代码修改一下就行了！
